Job Description

RSI DESIGN ADMINISTRATIVE

OVERALL DUTIES:

  • Keep Track Of Who Is In Or Out Of Office, On Surveys, Or Sick
  • Every Tuesday, Pull Job Costs From Gp And Transfer Them To The Job List.
  • Team Meetings On Wednesdays At 12 P.M.
  • Thursday Meetings At 8am With Jim & Project Managers To Review Jobs
  • Collect And Review Timesheets On Thursdays
  • At The End Of The Month, Ask Designers For Their Current Job Status
  • Meeting With Jim And The Pm On The First Of The Month To Discuss Current Jobs


NEW PROJECT DUTIES:

  • Input New Projects Onto The Job List & Add To The Board
  • Create New Job Folders For Facesheets & Supporting Documents
  • Request Any Cad/Pdf Files That Are Missing
  • Create Material Submittals
  • Request Inspections When Tina Asks


ONGOING PROJECT TASKS:

  • Request The Job Status From Designers At The End Of Each Month.
  • Handle All Online Submittals & Keep Track Of The Approvals/Corrections. File Any Approval Or Correction Documents In The Job Folder. Notify Jim, PM, & Designer Of The Current Status.
  • Order Any Signs/Calc Plates
  • Create & Send Closeout Documents—O&M Manuals & As-Builts

  • WORD
  • EXCEL


Schedule:
Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:30PM) Temporary Positions 12 - 16 Weeks.

Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour based on experience
