CBTC and Signalling Design Specialist - Metro Rail Projects - Dubai, UAE Role Summary The CBTC and Signalling Design Specialist - Dubai, UAE will play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and commissioning of a fully automated CBTC system for the Dubai Metro Blue Line project. Working within Parsons Corporation's Program Management Consultancy team, the role focuses on delivering Grade of Automation (GoA) Level 4 metro operations in compliance with IEEE, CENELEC, and IEC standards. This position requires deep technical expertise, proven experience in GoA4 metro projects, and strong leadership in managing complex signalling and systems integration.
