This opportunity is represented by the City of Bend Employee Association (COBEA) and is FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible).<br><br>Reporting to the Public Works Communications Manager, the Communications Coordinator develops, distributes, coordinates and implements content for the Public Works, Water Services Department's internal and external communications efforts. Communication often involves resolving complex or confidential issues, requiring discretion and diplomacy. Interactions involve discussions and/or resolving problems related to policies and programs or the exchange of highly complex or confidential information; substantial sensitivity, discretion and cooperation required;
