Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Content Moderators. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with our platforms guidelines, safety standards, and community values. We provide full training, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about digital media and online safety—even those without prior moderation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other content uploaded by users across social media, forums, and websites.

  • Apply content guidelines accurately and consistently while maintaining platform integrity.

  • Flag or remove inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content following established protocols.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify trends in content and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when making moderation decisions.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation tools and workflows.

  • Handle sensitive content with professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English (fluency required).

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.

  • Comfortable working with diverse content, including sensitive or graphic material.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, forums, or user-generated content.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

  • Fast and reliable internet connection.

  • Good typing speed and computer literacy.

Experience

  • No prior content moderation experience required.

  • Freshers and candidates from non-tech backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer support, social media, or community management is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options available, including:
