  • Answer escalated emails
  • Work queues related to orders not shipping
  • Some outbound calls to customers may be required
  • TrustArc Requests
  • Order Updates
  • This position will work closely with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.

  • Requires a high school diploma, GED, peak call center experience or business experience which reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to emphasize with our customers.
  • Successfully maintaining the energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"
  • Utilizing the telephone in customer contact
  • Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Must have knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
  • Seasonal positions start in October- through December with the possibility of overtime
  • WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required


The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
