WHAT WE DO:

We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

DTI has an immediate need for a CyberArk SME (Cloud) to support the implementation and operationalization of a CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

Job Title: CyberArk SME (Cloud)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Employment Type: W2 Only

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience in CyberArk Cloud to lead the implementation and operationalization of privileged access management solutions. This role requires delivering a fully functional and secure CyberArk environment within a 2-month implementation timeline , followed by stabilization and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of CyberArk Cloud solution
  • Configure and manage:
  • Credential Vault
  • Privileged Session Management (PSM)
  • Access Controls
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Just-In-Time (JIT) Access
  • Establish security policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology and security teams
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation
  • Support post-implementation stabilization and knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk Cloud (PAM solutions)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Credential Vaulting
  • Session Management
  • MFA, RBAC, and JIT access
  • Proven track record of CyberArk implementation in enterprise environments
  • Experience working in client-facing roles with strong communication skills
  • Ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments (2-month setup)
  • Strong documentation and process design capabilities
Additional Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work on W2 basis (No C2C/1099)
  • Ability to work fully remote
  • Availability to start quickly preferred
