Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data center equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance and updates to data center equipment and systems. Monitor data center performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functioning. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures for data center operations. Handle and prioritize incoming support requests from various departments and provide timely and effective resolutions. Keep accurate records of data center equipment, inventory, and maintenance logs. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data center operations and implement them accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards related to data center operations. Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients. Train and mentor junior team members on data center operations. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve data center operations. Act as a point of contact for vendors and contractors working on data center projects. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the data center.
