This leader defines pricing models that drive ARR growth, competitiveness, and adoption across cloud and hybrid environments. <br><br>Your work:<br><br><ul><li>Develop and own the end‑to‑end pricing strategy for the Core Platform portfolio. </li><li>Build value‑based pricing models aligned with customer outcomes, competitive dynamics, and product roadmap. </li><li>Lead competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking for core workloads. </li><li>Define packaging and monetization frameworks for new Core Platform capabilities. </li><li>Drive cross‑functional alignment on pricing guardrails, discount strategy, and approval thresholds. </li><li>Provide executive‑ready recommendations and pricing narratives for leadership decisions. </li><li>Support pricing transformation initiatives, including simplification, units pricing, and metering evolution. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You’ll Work With<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on monetization opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with Finance to model revenue impact, elasticity, and pricing scenarios. </li><li>Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to ensure pricing is executable and aligned with field needs. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What Makes You a Qualified Candidate<br><br></strong><ul><li>10–15+ years in pricing, product strategy, or monetization roles</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure pricing, or enterprise SaaS</li><li>Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills</li><li>Proven track record building value‑based pricing models</li><li>Experience partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts</li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms and cloud economics</li><li>Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear pricing narratives</li><li>Highly collaborative; strong cross‑functional influence</li><li>Executive presence with strong storytelling and framing skills</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why We Think You'll Love Teradata <br><br></strong>We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
