Executive Experiences Specialist (Remote) - Varonis

Varonis is the leader in the data security market. We’re on a mission to help our customers protect their most sensitive data – no matter where it lives – with as little effort as possible.

We’re seeking an Executive Experiences Specialist who will join our Customer Marketing team to create unforgettable experiences for our most strategic customers. In this role you will orchestrate premium events including EBCs, network with executives at leading companies, and create joint opportunities for driving mutual business outcomes.

About the Role

The Executive Experiences Specialist is a newly created role, joining our Customer Marketing team, to help build an industry-leading executive community and relationship development program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in a growing market and build a high visibility and high impact program.

What You'll Do

  • Create memorable experiences – you will come up with creative ideas to bring executives from across our customer base to memorable events that are both enjoyable and informative. You have a proven track record of executing premium experiences and know what it takes to pull off a flawless and engaging event.
  • Executive presence and networking skills – you have a strong executive presence and the ability to network and develop business relationships with industry C-level executives. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek to get to know people on a personal level.
  • Cross-functional alignment – you will work with our customer and partner ecosystem and across all levels of the organization, including with Varonis executives, and our product, sales, and marketing teams, to build thought leadership programs and community-building experiences.
  • Executive programs – you will help build the executive experience program from the ground up, creating programs that facilitate peer networking and create a space for executives to learn from each other and from Varonis about best practices in cybersecurity and how to achieve better business outcomes.
What You'll Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business development, executive relationship building or executive programs role.
  • Cybersecurity or technology industry experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Will strongly consider candidates that come from industries outside of cybersecurity if they have relevant relationship development and executive community development experience.
  • High attention to detail and a strong track record of flawless execution
  • Proven experience building executive relationships
  • A customer-first and experience mindset
  • Creativity and drive – a desire to build and create a program from a blank sheet of paper: you like thinking about the art of the possible vs. executing within a defined playbook. You get to build the playbook.
