Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Drive member satisfaction through targeted, strategic outreach and develop member campaigns, managing evaluation reports to assess effectiveness. Collaborate with supplier management and procurement teams to implement member outreach campaigns, establishing and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Act as an advisor and support for the organization, serving as a quality champion by measuring and tracking the quality and effectiveness of work processes that impact customer satisfaction, clinical cost management, and operational efficiency. Consult and/or work cross-functionally to influence and promote change, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our internal and external clients. Conduct regular quality assessments/audits to measure compliance with published guidelines, policies, customer, and regulatory requirements. Identify and distribute errors to business partners, assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned functional units. Perform analysis of data to identify and communicate trends during day-to-day work, providing technical or project-specific knowledge regarding policies, procedures, and function-related programs/systems tools. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or other health education roles. Customer service or call center experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Experience working with data, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. At least 2 years of experience using personal computers, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and programs, and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or communications. QNXT experience, with knowledge of quality management principles and practices. Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Analytic experience, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Education and Training A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $19.52 - $36.06 per hour, with a yearly salary of $72,000. This pay range represents the lowest hourly rate or base annual full-time earnings for all positions within the job grade in which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
