Foundation Group Stage QMO As an Innovation Investigator Understudy in the Quality Administration Office (QMO), you'll primarily focus on the application side. This region is responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications used by our Teams, such as Airline stewards and Pilots, for their daily positions. Your role will be crucial in preventing issues that could affect operations. Collaborate with Case teams (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test applications as they undergo changes. Develop metrics to showcase progress and ensure that the Administration is aware of testing. Client and Business As part of the Southwest Get-aways (SWAV) Team, you'll be at the forefront of creating a new, income-generating product for blithequark beyond its core air product. Responsibilities and Obligations The responsibilities and obligations of the Assistant may include but are not limited to: Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and conform to departmental guidelines. Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Groups. Participate in systems and acceptance testing. Abilities/Capacities/Information/Work Style To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. Basic knowledge of the technical environment. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of project management processes. Strong critical thinking and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous projects under close deadlines. Past analyst internship experience within the last year.
