<p>En <strong>Horizonia Talent Advisory</strong>, consultora especializada en atracción de talento, estamos buscando un perfil disruptivo, analítico y creativo para sumarse directamente a nuestro equipo interno como <strong>Freelance Performance & Growth Marketing</strong>.</p> <h2 id="tareas">Tareas</h2> <p><strong>Atracción de Talento y Performance Digital (80% de prioridad):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diseñar y estructurar embudos de captación digital utilizando plataformas publicitarias para proveer un flujo constante y masivo de candidatos a nuestros reclutadores locales en provincias (Sedes foco: Trujillo y Huacho).</li> <li>Configurar, monitorear y optimizar anuncios pagados (Principalmente Facebook Lead Ads e Instagram Ads), controlando el costo por lead (CPL).</li> <li>Producir contenido audiovisual ágil y dinámico (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) para explicar de forma atractiva los beneficios de nuestras vacantes.</li> <li>Liderar transmisiones en vivo semanales (<em>Lives</em>) para interactuar y absolver dudas de postulantes en tiempo real.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desarrollo de Marca e Inbound B2B (20% de prioridad):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Documentar el "detrás de cámaras" de los éxitos de Horizonia en provincias para alimentar los canales corporativos.</li> <li>Colaborar en el diseño de piezas y contenidos de valor orientados a líderes de Gestión Humana y Gerentes, apoyando de manera tangencial la captación comercial B2B.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requisitos">Requisitos</h2> <p><strong>Formación:</strong> Estudiante de los últimos ciclos o egresado técnico/universitario de Ciencias de la Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad o carreras afines.</p> <p><strong>Herramientas Técnicas:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manejo de administradores de anuncios publicitarios (Meta Ads Manager).</li> <li>Edición ágil de video en aplicaciones móviles o de escritorio (CapCut, Premiere o similares).</li> <li>Diseño rápido de piezas gráficas de soporte (Canva o Suite Adobe).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencias Blandas:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Alta energía, soltura y cero timidez frente a cámaras (excelente dicción y fluidez verbal).</li> <li>Orientación neta a resultados y analítica de conversión (métricas de volumen y leads diarios).</li> <li>Autonomía e iniciativa para proponer formatos disruptivos.</li> </ul> <h2 id="beneficios">Beneficios</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Jornada:</strong> Part-Time (20 horas semanales distribuidas con flexibilidad).</li> <li><strong>Esquema:</strong> 100% Remoto (con coordinaciones locales eventuales).</li> <li><strong>Mentoría Directa:</strong> Trabajarás y aprenderás codo a codo bajo la supervisión directa y mentoría de nuestra Socia de Marketing / Comercial.</li> <li><strong>Impacto Real:</strong> No es un puesto administrativo de oficina; es un rol de alto impacto práctico ideal para construir un portafolio sólido de casos de éxito reales con inversión publicitaria digital real.</li> </ul> <p>Si eres una persona proactiva, analítica y te apasiona el mundo del Growth y la Performance Digital, esta es tu oportunidad de aprender en el campo real con inversión publicitaria real.</p> <p><strong>¡Postula hoy mismo adjuntando tu CV y prepárate para transformar el reclutamiento digital con nosotros!</strong></p>
