You won't just be moving pixels; you’ll be building the tools that store associates use to manage the life cycle of fresh food. This is a high-impact position where your work directly stabilizes the food supply chain for thousands of communities.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and ship high-quality applications to optimize in-store operations and decision-making.</li> <li>Support thousands of grocery stores on their critical fresh food supply chains across the US.</li> <li>Partner with product managers, designers, and our users to deliver a great product experience.</li> <li>Participate in and provide meaningful feedback about major design choices.</li> <li>Build out our analytics and monitoring/observability to understand our system behavior and make informed decisions.</li> <li>Ensure the quality of our software via automated tests.</li> <li>Design and build UIs, APIs, and solutions that are reusable and extensible.</li> <li>Work alongside machine learning specialists to drive new feature development.</li> <li>Readiness to step into a mentorship role to guide junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>2+ years of <strong>full-stack web development</strong> experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production-level APIs and applications. </li> <li>Professional-level proficiency in <strong>TypeScript (or JavaScript)</strong>. </li> <li>Experience building & maintaining production-level APIs and applications</li> <li>Collaborative attitude while also being highly self-directed</li> <li>You are energized by "hard problems"—the kind where logic, data, and user experience intersect to solve global waste issues. </li> <li>You thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
