Tanker Driver Job Description

We are seeking a Tanker Driver to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials and other specialized freight across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tanker truck safely and efficiently, following all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Transport hazardous materials and other specialized freight, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely delivery of goods and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including weight, volume, and destination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Tanker Driver, you will need:

  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a tanker endorsement.
  • Experience driving a tanker truck or similar vehicle.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
