Role Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of strategic programs and network initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the successful execution of program deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement in network operations
  • Work closely with various teams to align program objectives with organizational goals and market needs
  • Manage relationships with Plans and vendors, including performance assessments, contract negotiations, and issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to financial and operational standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program and network initiatives
  • Identify emerging business requirements and formulate strategies to address them
  • Oversee the operational performance of programs and networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business requirements and objectives
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure support and approvals for program initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in program management or network operations
  • Experience with Plan and vendor management, including contract negotiations
  • Experience managing projects and vendors

  • Working knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
