Spiralyze is a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

Spiralyze is growing rapidly and we are hiring people from all over the world. Your mission, should you accept it, is to play a vital role in elevating our team’s English language proficiency - from their day-to-day communications with each other to presenting test results to clients. You will be doing this by hosting online classes as well as providing one-on-one coaching to our team members.



Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Teach: Conduct one-on-one and group English language training sessions with employees.
  • Design: Develop customized lesson plans and a curriculum tailored to the needs of the team.
  • Support: Assist in improving our team’s English grammar, vocabulary, and proper word usage, while also covering topics on CRO and the wider tech industry (don’t worry — we will train you on the CRO side!).
  • Coach: Provide accent reduction coaching.
  • Facilitate: Facilitate workshops and training sessions on presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Engage: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage employee engagement.
  • Assess: Assess the progress of employees and adapt teaching methods as needed.
  • Update: Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching resources.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with HR and department heads to address specific language training needs.





Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field OR proven experience as an English Tutor or ESL Instructor for students in Asia.
  • Fluency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English — at least a CEFR C1-level in English.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Adaptability: Ability to provide detailed feedback and tailor teaching methods to different learning styles and needs.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail. 
  • Curiosity: A hunger for learning new things outside of teaching English — this will help you navigate the world of teaching in a CRO company.
  • Bonus Experience: Experience teaching presentation and public speaking skills is a plus.
  • Tech Awareness: Familiarity with basic web development jargon — even a very basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Work Hours:
  • 40 hours per week - schedule to be determined.
