Recruitment and Staffing Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Assist in conducting preliminary interviews and shortlisting candidates. Prepare offer letters, rejection communications, and manage the onboarding documentation. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database. 2. Onboarding and Induction Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Organize orientation sessions and provide new hires with necessary information and tools. Ensure completion of joining formalities including document collection, ID creation, and policy acknowledgment. Assign mentors or buddies for new joiners if applicable. 3. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS or HR database. Handle all documentation related to employment contracts, promotions, resignations, and transfers. Ensure proper filing of documents (both physical and digital) and maintain confidentiality of records. Assist in generating reports on headcount, attendance, leave balances, attrition, etc. 4. Employee Engagement and Welfare Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, team-building programs, and celebrations. Conduct employee surveys or feedback initiatives and help analyze results to improve workplace satisfaction. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Address minor grievances or escalate issues to the HR Manager when needed. 5. Performance Management Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and coordinate review cycles. Track performance review deadlines, send reminders, and collect feedback from managers and employees. Support in analyzing appraisal data and preparing summary reports. Help in setting up goal-setting sessions or performance improvement plans if required. 6. Compliance and Policy Management Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and update the team on relevant changes. Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Help manage audits and prepare documentation required for legal or compliance reviews. 7. Training and Development Coordinate internal and external training programs in collaboration with team leaders and managers. Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback forms.
