Program Details

Location: Greensboro, NC. The program runs from early September to the end of December 2026. Interns will work 20-35 hours per week.

Position Summary

The Business & Data Support Intern will assist the Operations team with accurate entry and maintenance of business information within SAP and other enterprise systems. The internship provides hands‑on experience supporting order processing, material setup, and day‑to‑day operational activities that keep the business running efficiently. This role is ideal for a student interested in business operations, supply chain, or administrative operations who enjoys working with details, learning new systems, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering and updating material, sales order (SO), and purchase order (PO) information in SAP.
  • Support the preparation of SAP forms and documentation required for new materials and order processing.
  • Verify data accuracy and assist with correcting routine data entry errors.
  • Update customer and product information within SAP and other business systems as directed.
  • Assist with preparing work orders and operational documentation.
  • Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Support Sales, Production, Customer Service, and Operations teams with routine administrative and operational tasks.
  • Help maintain accurate records across enterprise systems.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026) to be eligible to participate.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Greensboro, NC for the full program from early‑September to December.
  • Ability to work a part‑time schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Willingness to learn SAP and other enterprise business systems.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
