The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provide process and tool support to various ERP and Applications teams of the “Solventum” for Testing Management
• Support IT Quality and Testing activities for the ERP Program of the “Solventum”, working with partners and other functional teams.
• Help coordinate Computer Systems Validation activities across the “Solventum”
• Act as the single point of contact for the Testing and Quality tools for the “Solventum”,
• Writes specifications, tests coding, and supports the implementation of applications while working under general supervision. Analyzes and monitors network performance. Typically an entry level position direct after university.

Your Skills and Expertise 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Student
• 2 years of experience in IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation or IT Testing.
• 3 years of experience in large scale IT Organizations
• 1 Years of experience in QTest and JIRA platforms
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
• Advanced English language skills
• Experience in diverse multi-national environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Robust background in modern technical processes and methodologies
• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Willingness to be on-call

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible

Travel: May include up to 5% international
