What youll do

  • Principal objective is to increase sales of HCB-Hair Professional brands by manage the daily business relationship with specialty retail chains, which include but not limited to beauty supply outlets, salon retail chains, hairdressing schools and chain accounts withing the direct organization.
  • Work with the Business Director to develop comprehensive Sales Plans to achieve annual NES targets by customer. Plans to be reviewed, maintained and reported back on monthly.
  • Develop and measure the success of POG, marketing and educational strategies for specialty retail accounts and work cross functionally to action against them.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular brand events within customers' locations to drive retail sales
  • Lead Buyer's Guides processes which include developing guides, allocating quantities, presenting promotions and obtaining promotional commitments per customer.
  • Responsible for the issuing and submitting for approve customer trade credits or quarterly rebates.
  • Manage and deliver monthly sales targets by channel and report back on them.
  • Conduct minimum of bi-annual sales reviews with each customer with the Specialty Retail channel.
  • Work cross functionally with respective HCB-Hair Professional marketing and supply chain representatives to secure proper marketing cadence and inventories for the channel.
  • Minimum of quarterly market visits to ensure that brand strategies are executed properly and report back on them, presenting wins, challenges and areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for managing and reporting back on all L17 spends associate to the channel.
