Overview

We\\u2019re looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager who will lead a team and shape Ramp\\u2019s event strategy during a period of rapid growth. This hybrid role is 40% focused on high-impact field marketing events and 60% on engaging webinars and virtual experiences. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in FinTech and demand generation, with the creativity to craft events that convert interest into measurable pipeline. As AI transforms the financial landscape, the ability to weave AI insights into content and campaigns will help position Ramp as a clear thought leader in the space.

What You\\u2019ll Do

  • Plan and execute a calendar of high-impact field marketing events that build brand presence and deepen relationships with target accounts.
  • Design and run engaging webinars and virtual events that generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales, demand gen, and product teams to align event strategies with revenue goals and GTM priorities.
  • Integrate AI-driven insights and trends into event content to position Ramp as a leader in FinTech innovation.
  • Measure event performance, analyze ROI, and optimize programs for continuous improvement.

What You Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, virtual events, or demand generation, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoom, Salesforce).
  • Experience integrating emerging technologies, including AI, into event content and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments with rapidly evolving go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in B2B enterprise marketing targeting financial services or adjacent industries.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in marketing, finance, or customer engagement.
