A highly successful and rapidly growing business are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Administrator to join their Global IT Applications team.


Please note – this role is fully remote with occasional travel to their London office.


As the Dynamics 365 Support Administrator you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across global users. This role ensures the stability, performance, and integrity of the platform by owning the update lifecycle—including testing, deployment, and change control—while enabling a seamless user experience.


Key responsibilities of this Dynamics Admin role will include:


Maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Provide 1st to 3rd line support for D365 F&O users across finance and supply chain modules.

Manage D365 user roles, security permissions, workflows, and approval hierarchies in line with segregation of duties and audited controls.

Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of Microsoft updates and internal developments.

Coordinate testing cycles, develop test scripts, and ensure stakeholder sign-off before deployment.

Maintain and support Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions integrated with D365 F&O, including updates, testing, licensing, and configuration.

Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic review of user accounts and system access.

Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

Deliver training sessions and onboarding for new users, promoting best practices and system adoption.


The salary on offer for this role is up to £60,000 plus benefits.
