Disney Experiences’ in-house social team seeks an Organic Social Media Sr. Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Social Media, you will help manage and execute our Parks & Resorts organic social media. We directly manage all owned activity on several social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

You are a social media expert with specific experience driving organic programs. You’ll be leading the strategy and editorial calendar of owned social content, in addition to managing partnerships throughout the company. You will find effective ways to continue to strengthen brand awareness, increase social followers, and drive strong engagement across our platforms and brands. You will be looked upon to share platform and performance best practices across teams consisting of business owners and content creators. You excel in an environment where innovation, nimbleness, and testing are rewarded.

You will work with our larger Social Strategy and Activation team, Strategic Planning and Integration team, and creative teams to manage campaigns that complement other paid media and content strategy efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert on the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and more.
  • Develop and execute owned organic social media strategies across platforms
  • Create and manage editorial calendars
  • Lead our social media synergy collaborations for brands you manage
  • Develop presentations and present results, insights and business recommendations to executives and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners, management and teams to establish processes to further improve efficiency and performance for key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in organic social media
  • Experience representing a brand, grasping brand voice and tone, creating brand crave
  • Experience executing and creating organic strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and X
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time
  • Basic understanding of paid social media strategies
  • Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management

Education

Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Any Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics degree/background is a plus.
