Job description

RFH is looking for a caring, ethical and compassionate individuals to work with and providing evidence-based, behavioral therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a licensed Behavior Analyst in the home / community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum from ages 3-21
  • Experience with home based and community ABA programs
  • Registered as a Behavioral Technician with up to date certification

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy
  • Collecting and graphing daily data using an online data collection system
  • Document and record each session on a daily basis
  • Punctuality with regards to charting and prompt arrival to each home visit/ session

Job Type:

  • ABA: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Preferred)

License:

  • RBT (Preferred)
