Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget for their Disney vacation.
  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of Disney theme parks, resorts, entertainment, dining, and special experiences to craft personalized travel itineraries.
  • Provide expert advice on the best times to visit, recommended attractions, shows, and dining options to enhance the Disney experience.
  • Coordinate and book accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and other special arrangements for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney offerings, events, and promotions to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Assist clients in navigating the My Disney Experience platform and other relevant tools for planning and managing their trips.
  • Offer tips, tricks, and insider insights to maximize the value and enjoyment of each Disney vacation.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and changes with professionalism and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, itineraries, and bookings.

Requirements

Qualifications:
