Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,500 USD/month


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern with 1-hr unpaid lunch



Job Overview:

Our client is a mobile pet grooming service and they are looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual to their scheduler/customer service team! The role supports the groomers in the field, scheduling efficient routes and groom durations, to optimize a groomer’s workday.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our client's mobile grooming service runs efficiently by keeping the groomers' schedules fully booked, educating new clients about the convenience and benefits of mobile grooming, and providing outstanding support to both customers and team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Client Engagement: Call and text clients to schedule their next grooming appointment and establish recurring schedules, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Client Education: Explain the benefits of mobile grooming to potential customers, helping them make informed decisions for their pets’ care.
  • Optimize Revenue: Efficiently organize schedules to increase appointments within each groomer’s route.
  • Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, texts, and email inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints within the scope of your authority, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Appointment Management: Accurately capture customer details to schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and collaborate with groomers to maintain optimized schedules.
  • Daily Coordination: Brief groomers on their daily schedules, highlighting special requests or unusual circumstances.
  • Real-Time Support: Respond to groomers' inquiries during appointments to address customer or pet concerns, prioritizing effectively while multitasking.
  • Payment Processing: Collect credit card payments over the phone, especially in situations where groomers have limited connectivity.
  • Schedule Review: Verify completed appointments, ensure accurate charges and payments, and analyze reports to improve client retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Keep management and team members informed of any challenges, updates, or actions taken.



Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with proven success in managing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to educate and guide customers with clarity and professionalism.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple calls, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Quick thinker who can handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Positive & Team-Oriented: Bring a “can-do” attitude, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  • Pet Enthusiast: A genuine love for dogs and an understanding of their care needs is a bonus!
