As a Market Associate, you will focus on the retention and growth of host entrepreneurs in your territory, helping them optimize their listings and enhance their success on the platform.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
  • Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
  • Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
  • Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
  • Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (mandatory).
  • Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in the state of Georgia or Florida to be able to conduct their work.
  • 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
  • Fluency in Portuguese (nice to have).
