Title: CSR Location: Providence city, RI Duration: 3 months Pay Rate - $27.5 an hour on W2 Schedule - 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM US Eastern Time Job Description: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. • Effectively multitask and manage various customer service requests and administrative duties. • Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes to better assist customers. • Manage incoming requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability. • Be resourceful in providing solutions to customer needs, navigating complex scenarios when necessary. • Use Google Suite tools (Documents, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, etc.) to track and manage information. • Stay committed to a high standard of service, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude throughout all interactions. • Take initiative to learn and implement new technologies as needed for the role. Daily Tasks • Email Correspondence: Respond to and manage a high volume of incoming emails from alumni, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate communication. • Phone Support: Answer and return calls to alumni, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues as needed. • Alumni Registration: Assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the registration process. • General Support: Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the Events Team as needed, maintaining smooth operations during the Reunion season.
