<strong>Company:<br><br></strong>The Boeing Company<br><br>The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented <strong>SAP Technical Project Lead </strong>to join the team in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Huntington Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; or Hazelwood, MO.<br><br>We are designing, developing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA as our future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. If you're ready for a challenge and want to use your techno-functional with SAP ERP skills to drive transformation, deliver business value, and grow your career, this role is a great fit for you.<br><br>In this role, you will lead large digital transformation projects, implementing SAP S/4HANA across multiple business units, helping shape the future of our enterprise systems.<br><br><strong>Position Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead and manage project implementation teams comprising of Boeing employees and System Integrators at different business units and sites</li><li>Create and manage complex enterprise-wide project plans following SAP Activate methodology and lead activities to manage scope, budget, dependencies, risks and schedules for SAP projects</li><li>Partner with all stakeholders (e.g. business, other Information Technology (IT) teams, system integrators etc.) and drive timely delivery of the solution across all project phases (SAP Activate phases: discover, prepare, explore, realize, deploy, run)</li><li>Build and continuously update knowledge on common core processes following industry best practices and defined architectural standards</li><li>Ensure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements, and upgradable into next generation solutions (minimize customizations)</li><li>Lead activities to manage project scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and schedules for SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints</li><li>Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues</li><li>Share insights and best practices with project teams to enhance overall project execution and outcomes</li><li>Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them</li><li>Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet defined standards and requirements</li><li>Develop and execute change management plans including training to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes</li><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and track progress against established goals</li><li>Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for in-flight and future projects</li><li>Assess resource needs for projects and coordinate with management to allocate appropriate personnel and expertise</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness</li><li>Develop and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and processes<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience delivering full cycle SAP implementation projects as a project, functional, or technical lead</li><li>5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management</li><li>Capable to travel 25% of the time<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<br><br></strong><ul><li>10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Certifications in SAP related technologies<br><br></li></ul><strong>Drug Free Workplace:<br><br></strong>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.<br><br><strong>Pay & Benefits:<br><br></strong>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
