About this Opportunity: As a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service to assigned clients of Orion. The project manager is responsible for documenting, planning and overseeing all aspects of the specific projects that are assigned for key clients. This position will work closely with members of Subject Matter Expert teams, Product teams, Relationship Managers, Leadership, Accounting, and Legal to ensure the services received by the client are accurate based on the terms. The primary objective of this job is to facilitate the advisor moving from a customer to a promoter of Orion’s technology and service. For External Candidates: Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Hebron, KY For Internal Candidates: All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply. In this role you'll get to: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarifies specific requirements of each project. Establish and maintain relationships with several OAT departments to support multi- team projects keeping the advisor informed throughout the process. Keep advisor informed throughout the development process. Test and verify technology works properly and then verifies and certifies it works to the client’s expectations. Lead advisor calls and drive main objectives. Determine advisor’s needs as it relates to a particular escalation and acts with urgency. Discover additional opportunities with advisors and puts a plan in place. Determine how to turn the advisor from a detractor into a promotor. Frequently check in not only with the main contact, but also the contract signer to ensure timelines are on track and improvements related to their relationship with Orion are being executed. Analyze client requests and deduce and explore possible solutions or forward request on to appropriate department following-through until resolution. Coordinate training clients on Orion system technology capabilities available by facilitating one-on-one sessions with appropriate experts. Counsel advisors regarding best practices, policies and procedures, as well as providing advice on how to handle situations encountered or requests. Partner with Relationship Managers as needed; attends and facilitates follow-up derived from HOVs or Virtual Meetings. Communicate clear instructions and expectations to internal and external Stakeholders. We're looking for talent who: Effectively facilitate and conduct meetings with clients. Independently identify and prioritize daily and weekly workflows dependent on individual current workload and responsibilities. Work effectively both individually and within a team environment. Have exceptional organizational skills. Self-direct problem solving and utilization of resources. Have minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year experience on Service Team at Orion; 2 years preferred. Is seeking proficiency or is proficient in Google Docs Editors suite Is seeking proficiency or is proficient in navigating and executing Salesforce Process Tasks & Business Processes.
