Check Point\'s Infinity Global Services (IGS) Division is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support our Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination of engineering resources, proactive customer communication, and efficient service delivery. Looking for someone that is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a cutting-edge cybersecurity team!



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules and workloads for IGS MXDR Engineers across customer environments

  • Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and customers

  • Track service delivery timelines, ensuring work is progressing as planned

  • Maintain accurate records in ConnectWise and generate internal and external reports

  • Support onboarding processes for new customers and help manage delivery expectations

  • Identify scheduling gaps or delays and take proactive action to resolve conflicts

  • Attend internal planning meetings and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, or scheduling role (ideally in IT or cybersecurity).

  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA/project tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

  • Previous experience supporting managed services, security operations, or technical teams.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

Preferred experience:



  • Experience with ConnectWise PSA (formerly Manage)

  • Exposure to cybersecurity, SOC operations, or incident response workflows

  • Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
