About the position

Baptist Health is the largest healthcare system serving central Alabama, providing comprehensive hospital-based and outpatient services to nearly 60 percent of the residents in Montgomery, Autauga and Elmore counties. The Senior Application Analyst is a key leader within the applications team, responsible for advanced support, configuration, and optimization of software applications across clinical, business, and ambulatory environments. This role will involve complex troubleshooting, in-depth configuration, and proactive maintenance to ensure application stability and alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Application Analyst shall also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, enhance workflows, and support strategic initiatives. This senior role is ideal for experienced professionals in healthcare IT who are committed to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions and best practices. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
