Job Description

  • Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan.
  • Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager.
  • Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues.
  • Well versed with Bug lifecycle from new to closed status.
  • Able to identify P1 Defects which are candidates for automation suite.
  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to strengthen.
  • Well versed with all phases of STLC and manual testing principles.
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Analyse test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing test automation processes and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation
  • Mentor and support team members in adopting automation best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Test management and execution activities by enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices.
  • Must have Avaloq product knowledge
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in test automation
  • Experience with Test Master, Tosca, JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Soap UI, Jenkins, GitHub and Docker.
  • Good to know scripting language JavaScript or Python.
  • Proficient in Testing Concepts and able to perform client facing discussion.
  • Well experience with test management tools such as like JIRA,HP ALM.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment.
