Job Description

Role:                               Virtual Office Manager

Opportunity Type:           Remote working

Vacancy Type:                Monthly rolling

Hours Per Week:            48 hours - 6 working days a week - Monday to Saturday

Working hours – (8hrs a day)

Required language(s):    English

Salary:                             PKR 7,500 to 8,500 per week depending on experience


Providing remote support to the senior management, included (but not restricted to):

• This position is responsible for managing routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients etc. 

• Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.

• Manage a small remote team.

• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as need

• Attending meetings as and when required.

• Compiling and presenting daily report.

• Organising and managing daily task.

• Manage sensitive information, or confidential legal documents

• Create and update databases and records.

• From time to time travel to Rawalpindi and Islamabad as and when required for Procurement, Viewing sites, Meeting clients etc.

• Ensure all given tasks are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Qualifications

• At least a higher secondary and diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate diploma in any field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of flexibility.

• Driven, confident and desire to learn from challenging environment.

• Good problem solving, time management, verbal and written communication skills. 

• You are highly motivated, results-oriented and have a can-do attitude. 

• You are trustworthy, responsible and always deliver high-quality results.

• Able to communicate with others by telephone and via email.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Fast typing skills.


Not Essential for the role but advantageous to have any of the following skills

• Knowledge of Graphic Design,

• WordPress Web Development

• Digital Marketing 

• Able to conduct Interviews

• A vehicle/Bike along with a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage. (Mileage is reimbursable).
