Description:

  • Remote role enabling off-site work; territory visits to dealerships across the South Central Region.
  • Lead and develop a Zone team to grow Parts Revenue, Customer Pay Repair orders, retention, tools/equipment, technician training, and warranty administration.
  • Identify product quality concerns and drive customer satisfaction for GM's premium Cadillac brand.
  • Stay knowledgeable of industry changes; drive KPI and business plan execution.
  • Requires relocation or living within 50 miles of Kansas City, MO or KS.
  • Travel up to 60% of the time within the zone; quarterly travel to Coppell, TX.
  • Eligible for relocation benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading, guiding and improving dealership fixed operations, driving profitable growth
  • 5+ years of Leading, Coaching and Developing People in the Automotive Industry.
  • Proficient automotive technical knowledge and business acumen including service operations, warranty administration and customer experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations: Automotive Parts and Service Systems Dealer Operating Report & Fixed Analysis Tools
  • Dealership profit department’s structure and interconnectivity
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Effective oral and written persuasive and informative communication skills
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time within the assigned zone, quarterly travels to the regional office in Coppell, TX.
