Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate healthcare services, prescription inquiries, billing issues, and more. As part of our remote team, you will deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support—upholding our commitment to improving the health of our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues.

  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CVS Health products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience.

  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • A calm and empathetic approach to handling difficult or emotional customer interactions.

Experience

Working Hours
