Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Order Picker. In this vital role, you are the crucial link between a customer's online click and their physical package. You will navigate the vast aisles of our facility—often assisted by autonomous mobile robots—to select exact items for customer orders. This supply chain position requires extreme accuracy, swift movement, and a keen eye for detail to ensure we meet our global delivery promises.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Precision Picking: Follow optimized digital routing on your scanner to locate specific bins, verifying barcodes to ensure the absolutely correct item is picked for every order.
  • Tote Management: Organize picked items safely into designated totes or carts, ensuring fragile items are protected and heavy items are placed securely at the bottom.
  • Pace & Performance: Maintain a consistent, steady pace to meet facility-wide operational metrics, ensuring the outbound packing teams always have a steady flow of inventory.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Actively participate in maintaining a clean, obstacle-free environment. Report any spills, damaged racking, or equipment malfunctions immediately to floor leadership.
