Analyze merchant network data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for our merchant network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the merchant network. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the merchant network to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Utilize data to make strategic recommendations for expanding and diversifying the merchant network. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to merchant network management. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial working relationship. Train and mentor junior analysts on the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Act as a subject matter expert on merchant network analytics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges within the merchant network, working to resolve them in a timely manner. Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and insights on the merchant network with relevant stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to merchant network analytics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
