<p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the country, for Sleep Country/Dormez-vous and the DTC brands, including high volume Sales, Operations and Customer Service, as well as Corporate roles. </li> <li>Partner with both our Business Leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies in order to fill vacant positions effectively and in a timely manner.  </li> <li>Post positions for various regions through our Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”), Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as any other job boards or sites in order to build candidate pool</li> <li>Source and review candidates, conduct candidate video interviews, provide feedback and recommendations to management, coordinate Hiring Manager interviews, process any assessments and background checks through third party providers, prepare and extend offer letters, and any other tasks required to initiate pre-boarding journeys</li> <li>Accurately update our ATS on a regular basis to ensure that all recruitment activity is current</li> <li>Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process</li> <li>Actively build candidate pipelines and identify new sourcing strategies and opportunities to improve and streamline processes</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders through regular communication and updates</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Skills and Qualifications we like to see:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrolment/Completion in College or University in a Human Resources related field or Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field of study</li> <li>1-2 years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, retail and/or distribution environment would be an asset</li> <li>Fully bilingual in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with high volume of vacancies, where paying close attention to detail, organization, prioritization and time management are critical</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in partnering with both internal stakeholders as well as external candidates and community business partners.</li> <li>Knowledge or experience with using an ATS is an asset</li> <li>Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li> <li>Passionate about finding great talent!</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:0in">The knowledge of English is required for this specific position as the incumbent will interact on a consistent and regular basis with English-speaking stakeholders located outside of Quebec.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why members of our Corporate team love working at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is not a job but a CAREER with opportunities for growth and advancement</li> <li>Diverse and inclusive work environment</li> <li>Access to training and development platforms</li> <li>Associate Discount Program where you will be able to enjoy some of the world’s best sleep products</li> <li>Associate Referral Program</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <p>Our recruitment process incorporates various screening technologies, which may include AI, to screen for employability or suitability.
