Candidates that have exposure to control systems/PLC programming and a passion for automation will be a great fit for this team! Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.</i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Tasks and Qualifications:</b></h1><p><b>What You Will Do In This Role</b></p><ul><li>Translate project contractual technical requirements into deliverables and tasks for engineering teams (design/layout, emulation, order entry, drawings, commissioning).</li><li>Ensure all deliverables and solutions meet quality standards, processes, and established engineering practices.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting engineering tasks to prevent project delays.</li><li>Monitor and manage project team performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.</li><li>Deliver assigned work packages on time and within budget, as defined by the Project Manager.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for project management, Mechanical Engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, procurement, and manufacturing regarding engineering deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with ME and other CE Leads to ensure third-party specifications and resale component requirements are accurate and complete.</li><li>Track engineering progress against schedule; report updates with ME/CE Leads.</li><li>Prepare project status reports, financial forecasts, and schedule updates.</li><li>Support project risk management by documenting, escalating, and mitigating risks.</li><li>Lead technical reviews and conduct post-mortems with project managers to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Completes the design of schematics and control panels.</li></ul><ul><li>Completes the commissioning of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.</li><li>Completes recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>Must be open to travel up to 40% to customer locations in the USA</p><p></p><p><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p><ul><li>BS/BA in electrical engineering or closely related field</li><li>5+ years of successful experience in related field.</li><li>Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD a plus.</li><li>Proficient in either Rockwell PLCs, hardware and software</li><li>Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop.</li><li>Experience in Ethernet IP network design</li><li>Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.</li><li>Demonstrated problem solver with excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
