<p>As a Regional Sales Director, you play a pivotal role in driving life and living benefits sales across multiple distribution networks. You are a visible ambassador for Desjardins Insurance, representing the organization at industry conferences, field offices, and key regional events while strengthening our presence in the market. Working closely with advisors and field partners, you lead the development of life insurance sales by promoting innovative solutions, delivering compelling sales concepts, and helping identify the right outcomes for clients. Your ability to influence, educate, and build trust enables sustained growth across your territory. You bring strong presentation and communication skills, paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities. You are known for building and nurturing high-impact relationships with advisors and partners, and you have a proven track record of successfully developing and expanding sales <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">territories. With</span> a specialization in life and living benefits, you excel at promoting solutions and building long-term business partnerships that drive performance and loyalty. This role covers the Ottawa (Eastern Ontario) and Atlantic Canada supporting key MGA partners and DFSIN Financial centre contributing to the sales growth within the key territory.
