<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Será responsável por manter, dar suporte e melhorar sistemas e funcionalidades de software já existentes. Esta posição exige forte base em desenvolvimento de software, perfil investigativo e capacidade de debugar problemas complexos em aplicações, bancos de dados e serviços. O foco da vaga é garantir a estabilidade dos sistemas, troubleshooting e melhoria contínua, e não o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades.</p><p></p><p>Principais Responsabilidades:</p><p>- Investigar, diagnosticar e resolver problemas em aplicações e sistemas existentes.</p><p>- Debugar issues de backend, frontend e integrações entre serviços.</p><p>- Analisar, otimizar e melhorar queries e fluxos de dados em bancos de dados.</p><p>- Manter e aprimorar bases de código existentes, garantindo confiabilidade e performance.</p><p>- Colaborar com times de Produto, QA e Engenharia para entendimento e resolução de problemas.</p><p>- Analisar logs, métricas e ferramentas de monitoramento para identificar problemas proativamente.</p><p>- Dar suporte a sistemas em produção e participar de análises de causa raiz.</p><p>- Melhorar e manter a documentação técnica dos sistemas e processos.</p><p>- Seguir boas práticas de qualidade de código, versionamento e manutenção de software.</p><p></p><p>Requisitos Obrigatórios:</p><p>- Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou correlatas;</p><p>- Conhecimento em fundamentos de desenvolvimento de software (backend, frontend ou fullstack);</p><p>- 2+ anos de experiência com manutenção e debug de sistemas em produção;</p><p>- Forte conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e SQL, incluindo otimização de queries;</p><p>- Inglês intermediário e/ou avançado;</p><p>- Capacidade de ler, entender e modificar códigos existentes;</p><p>- Experiência com pelo menos uma linguagem de programação (Go, Python, Java ou similar);</p><p>- Perfil analítico e forte capacidade de resolução de problemas;</p><p>- Clareza de que a vaga é focada em suporte e manutenção, e não em novas features.</p><p></p><p>Diferenciais:</p><p>- Experiência com Go, Angular e/ou Python.</p><p>- Vivência em ambientes de cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).</p><p>- Experiência com suporte a sistemas SaaS ou corporativos.</p><p>- Conhecimento em ferramentas de logging, monitoramento e observabilidade.</p><p>- Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD.</p><p></p><p>Competências-Chave:</p><p>- Perfil investigativo e analítico</p><p>- Forte capacidade de debug</p><p>- Atenção a detalhes</p><p>- Boa comunicação e colaboração</p><p>- Senso de responsabilidade e ownership</p><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
