We have broad capabilities across a wide range of testing areas that enable our clients to increase the speed and quality of software development while reducing risk and cost.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Tosca Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing, writing, and maintaining automation scripts and assets. This role will play a pivotal part on the Value Stream Team (VST), ensuring the reliability and functionality of critical applications—primarily SAP and Salesforce—by building scalable, maintainable test automation that integrates with our enterprise toolchain (Tricentis Tosca, qTest, CI/CD).</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with product teams, architects, and QE enablement to execute automation strategies aligned with Agile and DevSecOps frameworks, raise automation maturity, and accelerate delivery while improving quality. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role may include Test Lead duties, requiring leadership and coordination skills to ensure testing excellence across the Value Stream Team.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Anywhere<br><strong>MUST SPEAK DUTCH & ENGLISH</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Author & maintain</strong> Tosca automation assets (Modules, TestCases, TestCaseDesign templates, ExecutionLists) with a strong focus on <strong>reusability, optimization</strong> and data-driven testing.</li> <li>Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) in Tosca Automation and related testing methodologies</li> <li>Build and evolve <strong>automation frameworks</strong> and <strong>libraries</strong> for SAP (GUI/Fiori) and Salesforce (Lightning) including API integrations.</li> <li>Implement <strong>integration and end-to-end testing</strong> across SAP ↔ Salesforce workflows; design stubs/mocks where needed.</li> <li>Use <strong>Tosca API Scan</strong> to automate REST/SOAP services with token handling, correlation, and chained calls.</li> <li>Orchestrate <strong>Distributed Execution (DEX)</strong> and CI/CD runs with Jenkins/Azure DevOps; publish results to <strong>qTest</strong> for traceability and reporting.</li> <li>Partner with product teams to define <strong>testability</strong>, <strong>test data strategies</strong> (e.g., Tosca Test Data Service), and environment readiness.</li> <li>Drive <strong>quality metrics</strong> (automation coverage, pass rate, failure triage time, mean time to fix) and present outcomes to stakeholders.</li> <li>Establish and enforce <strong>standards</strong>: naming conventions, folder structures, versioning practices, and code reviews for Tosca assets.</li> <li>Mentor other engineers; provide enablement and <strong>best practices</strong> (risk-based testing, shift-left, API-first automation).</li> <li>Collaborate as needed with performance/security teams to <strong>align non-functional testing</strong> (e.g., NeoLoad) and quality gates.</li> <li>Support UAT and release activities; contribute to defect prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison for VST  Support Teams, addressing incidents and providing configuration and operational support.</li> <li>Effectively communicate test results and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications Section</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in QA/Test Automation, with 3+ years focused on Tricentis Tosca.</li> <li>3+ years in demonstrated hands-on experience in writing and maintaining Tosca automation scripts for complex enterprise applications.</li> <li>Practical exposure to SAP and Salesforce</li> <li>3+ years with <strong>API testing</strong> (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML validation, environment variables, and authentication flows.</li> <li>Must speak Dutch and English</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tricentis certifications: Automation Specialist Level 1/2, Test Design Specialist, SAP Specialist.</li> <li>Experience in utilities/energy domain or large-scale ERP/CRM landscapes.</li> <li>Familiarity with Performance testing (NeoLoad), Service Virtualization, and Test Data Management.</li> <li>Experience optimizing automation for Salesforce Lightning and SAP (tables, modal dialogues, synchronization) applications.</li> <li>Comfort driving automation governance and contributing to enterprise standards/frameworks.</li> <li>Experience in Mobile Application testing</li> <li>Experience in Tricentis qTest</li> <li>Competent in Other Test Automation Tools</li> <li>Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines</li> </ul> <p>If your experience or qualifications is similar to our ideal of a successful candidate, please consider applying.
