If that sounds like you, let’s talk—Apply Today!<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>The Job at a Glance</strong><br>We are a growing, dynamic company with a dedicated team of eCommerce professionals looking for a highly motivated Web Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing team as we continue to grow our B2C eCommerce business across our four brands (fix.com, partselect.com, ereplacementparts.com, and genuinereplacementparts.com).</p><p>We’re on the lookout for an entry-level Web Analytics Analyst to join our marketing team! As a Web Analytics Analyst, your role will involve helping maintain and manage our Google Analytics properties. With a focus on data attribution, accuracy, and completeness. You will be responsible for analyzing data and helping create maintainable reporting structures. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders to help address their reporting needs within the organization.</p><p><strong>A Typical Day</strong><br>As a Web Analytics Analyst for the Marketing team, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Helping maintain and manage our Google Analytics properties:<ul><li>Administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization of our analytics suite across multiple websites, and apps.</li><li>Setting up and tracking online goals, events, engagement funnels and conversions across multiple domains</li><li>Monitoring and evaluating website usage metrics data, A/B testing, and more to identify user behavioral patterns</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Reporting<ul><li>Analytics, Data Studio, and BigQuery based report generation for a variety of internal and inter-departmental teams. Power BI is a plus!</li><li>Responsible for understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables, such as data visualization, dashboards, and reports compiling information from various sources.</li><li>Assessing appropriate reporting mechanisms, determining whether static reports or customized reports are required. Developing customized queries as necessary, maintaining procedures and documentation on query and report details.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>To Land This Opportunity</strong><br>• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.<br>• You have experience supporting and managing analytics platforms across websites and digital properties.<br>• You have experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.<br>• You are familiar with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; Power BI experience is a plus.<br>• You have experience with MS Excel, including large spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.<br>• This is a 100% remote position.<br>• You live in one of these provinces: NS, NB, PEI, ON, MB, SK</p><p><strong>Key Skills & Attributes for Success</strong><br>• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems analysis skills.<br>• You can translate ad-hoc data requests into clear reporting deliverables using multiple data sources.<br>• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting processes and reporting requirements.<br><br>Offer of employment is conditional upon the completion of all applicable background checks and confirmation of credentials, the results of which must be satisfactory to the employer.
