Job Duties:

  • Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas
  • Sweep parking areas as needed with hand blower.
  • Remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids
  • Spot clean all spills/ messes on sidewalks
  • operate hand held blower for sweeping services
  • Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
  • Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
  • Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
  • Organizational and time management skills

Job Outline:
Day porters mainly perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of public areas within facilities.

Deberes de Trabajo:
