Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute a 3-6-month social media content plan aligned with company goals.

- Establish and refine content pillars (education, client success stories, product launches, thought leadership).

2. Content Creation

- Produce high-quality video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

- Design graphics, infographics, and visual assets (using Adobe Suite/Canva).

- Write engaging captions, posts, and stories tailored to each platform.

3. Community & Execution

- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence.

- Engage with our online community (comments, DMs, collaborations).

- Work closely with the leadership team to align messaging with business objectives.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyse performance across platforms.

- Produce monthly reports with insights on growth, engagement, and ROI.

- Run test-and-learn cycles to continuously improve content performance.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong creative skills with experience in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut (or similar).
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
  • Enthusiastic about health, science, and fitness.
