Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Must have no felony convictions
  • Must live in the USA and have a USA work permit and be able to get licensed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying insurance and financial needs through discovery calls and meetings
  • Schedule and follow up with new and existing clients to ensure personalized, ongoing service
  • Support the onboarding and retention process with accurate documentation and attentive communication
  • Manage contracting, client files, and policy records to ensure compliance and smooth operations
  • Help promote our insurance and financial solutions through outreach and client education
  • Track and process policyholder claims and updates to maintain high service standards
