Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, coffee drinks, and specialty brews with precision and flair
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during food handling and serving
  • Assist in bar setup, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly for smooth operations
  • Contribute to a vibrant atmosphere by delivering prompt service and fostering positive guest interactions

Skills

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
  • Excellent customer service skills to create memorable experiences for guests in diverse settings such as fine dining or nightlife venues
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
  • Experience in retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and understanding of hospitality industry standards
  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus
