Position Overview:


Cloyes Denton is looking for a warehouse associate who will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations of the warehouse including order picking, shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory audits, upholding safety and maintaining the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, logistic companies and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information in a timely manner.
  2. Assists in maintaining warehouse and related tools and equipment in a clean, safe and orderly condition. Communicate needed supplies to supervisor.
  3. Contribute to 5s activities.
  4. Understand ATI order receiving, packaging, returns, and shipping processes and successfully create customer facing documentation.
  5. Receive, store, manage and restock supplies (boxes. labels, transfers sheets, ETC.)
  6. Primary duties can include pulling, packing, preparing for shipment, inspecting, re-packing, receiving and processing returns.
  7. Provide input to the warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes.

  • Gives attention to detail and follows instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Skill of performing basic arithmetic equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and properly: pallet jack.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekend as needed.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time, repeatedly.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Pay:

$15- $18 an hour depending on experience
