We hope you will join us!<br><br><strong>PAY TRANSPARENCY<br><br></strong><ul><li>Hourly Pay: $19.00<br><br></li></ul><strong>SCHEDULE<br><br></strong><ul><li>4-day workweek</li><li>10-hour shifts (standard 40 hours/week; overtime as needed for business needs)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and quality. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a dependable work history, we want you on our dynamic warehouse team.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Pick products accurately, minimize damage, and place items correctly in totes.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including immediate spill cleanup.</li><li>Keep temperature-controlled areas closed to protect product quality.</li><li>Complete mandatory monthly training sessions.</li><li>Handle products carefully to avoid damage; ensure proper pricing and date coding.</li><li>Follow safety regulations and participate in safety meetings.</li><li>Assist with unloading trucks and organizing the warehouse.</li><li>Safely drive and park trucks in the yard for efficient loading/unloading.</li><li>Start and monitor refrigeration units (reefers) to maintain proper temperatures.</li><li>Complete Smith Training Systems certification to enhance safe driving practices.</li><li>Take temperatures of all inbound products, record every reading, document out-of-spec items, and report.</li><li>Act as a yard jockey (if applicable): move trucks around the yard and into docks; perform safety checks; secure trucks and chock wheels.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by leads and supervisors to support team objectives.<br><br></li></ul><strong>SCHEDULE<br><br></strong><ul><li>All hours as needed, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>21 years of age or older.</li><li>Good basic math skills.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.</li><li>Able to read and speak basic English.</li><li>Meet and maintain required productivity per hour.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements And Work Environment<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>Push/pull up to 250 lbs.</li><li>Operate a 2-4 wheel handcart.</li><li>Step safely in/out and operate a company route truck per standard practices and DOT regulations.</li><li>Perform kneeling, squatting, turning, and reaching (over shoulder height, at waist level, and from the floor).</li><li>Work in 35 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit environments (per food safety standards).</li><li>Highly motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like At E.a.
